Welcome to the Art for Peace Prize giving. My name is Best Apisit, on behalf the peace Club of Otago. With the war in Ukraine, it is apparent now more than ever, that as individuals and as communities we must take purposeful action to grow toward a more aligned, and peaceful way of being with our planet and people. The ‘intention for the ‘art for peace’ competition was to plant a seed. To inspire people through art, and to encourage artists to apply their talents to raising awareness for peace.
